FORGOTTEN CHICKEN 
1/2 c. uncooked wild rice
1 (2 1/2-3 1/2 lb.) fryer chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. uncooked white rice
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cut up chicken and put on top of rice in roasting pan. Mix onion soup, cream of chicken soup, and mushroom soup with 3 cups water. Pour over chicken. Bake 2 1/2-3 hours in a 300 degree oven, uncovered.
