BIRD'S NEST COOKIES 
1 sm. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 sm. can crunchy Chinese noodles
1 c. shredded coconut

Using a medium sized saucepan, pour 1 small package semi-sweet chocolate chips. Heat on lowest heat, stirring chocolate until it melts. Stir in Chinese noodles and coconut. Mix all ingredients well. Place spoonfuls of mixture on a cookie sheet covered with waxed paper. Refrigerate until hard.
