Simmer fryer until tender and falling off bone, cool, bone and skin. Cook together finely diced zucchini, 1 onion, 2 cups carrots, shredded in broth. Pour off liquid into soup pot. Combine vegetables with 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 cups IMO or sour cream and 1 cup almonds or water chestnuts. On bottom of 9"x13" pan put bread crumbs, buttered, layer boned chicken and vegetable mixture. Add buttered bread crumbs to top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly, depends on your oven. Feeds 12 or more, depending.
