MAMA'S BRUNSWICK STEW 
3 lbs. beef
3 lbs. pork
5 lbs. hen
3 cans corn
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 bottles catsup
3 cans tomatoes
3 lg. onions
3 lbs. potatoes, diced
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce

Cook the beef, pork and hen. Let it cool and then remove the meat from bones and grind the meat. To the meat and broth add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 to 4 hours. Makes 12 quarts which may be canned or frozen.

"Dress up vegetables with a garnish of thinly sliced almonds sauteed in butter."
