Cooking oil Flour Black pepper Garlic powder Paprika Salt Vinegar Cl ean pieces of chicken. Soak in vinegar for 10 minutes. Rinse off. Season chicken with the above ingredients. Put cooking oil in frying pan, let it get very hot. After seasoning, dip into flour.
