PIZZA CASSEROLE 
2 c. (6 oz.) macaroni shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. minced onions
1 jar (15 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces (drained)
1/2 c. (2 oz.) pepperoni
2 oz. chopped Canadian bacon
16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain, rinse, and set aside.

Crumble ground beef into 12 x 8 microwave-safe baking dish. Add onion.

Microwave (high), uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, stirring once. Stir to break meat into pieces; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, and drained macaroni.

Cover. Microwave (high) 6 to 7 minutes or until heated through (150 degrees). Sprinkle with other 8 ounces mozzarella cheese; let stand about 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
