JELLO SALAD | |
5 oz. can crushed pineapple 6 oz. pkg. orange Jello 1 1/2 c. boiling water 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 2 c. shredded carrots 1 c. raisins 1 c. chopped walnuts Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Place soft cream cheese in blender. Add 1/2 of Jello mix. Beat till thoroughly mixed. Return to the rest of Jello mix. Stir in crushed pineapple. Place in freezer about 20 minutes. Stir a couple of times. Then fold in carrots, nuts, and raisins. Pour into 9 x 12 inch or 10 x 10 inch pan. Chill till set. |
