1 pkg. sugar-free instant pudding mix
2 tbsp. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail (undrained)

In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, whipped topping and salad dressing; mix well. Fold in remaining ingredients. Leave in bowl. Serve immediately or chill.
