CHOCOLATE/PEANUT BUTTER TANDY

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1 c. peanut butter
1 bag milk chocolate chips

Grease large cookie sheet. Combine cake ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. IMMEDIATELY spread peanut butter over cake. Pour chips and let sit for a few minutes to partially melt. Spread like icing and refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into squares. This is quick and easy and perfect for young children.
