PUDDING TART 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. butter

Mix and spread into 13 x 9 inch pan, greased, and bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

STEP II (center) :
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted

Mix and spread over cooled cookie crust; save 1/2 cup.

STEP III (topping) :
2 (5 oz.) pkgs. instant pudding (any flavor)
3 1/2 c. milk
