CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip, divided
2 pkg. Jello chocolate pudding
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. milk

Step 1: Mix together 1 1/2 cups plain flour, 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 1/2 sticks melted butter. Press in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in oven, 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool completely.

Step 2: Mix 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 1/2 of large container of Cool Whip. Put on top of completely cooled crust in Step 1.

Step 3: Mix 2 packages of Jello chocolate pudding, 3/4 cup sugar and 3 cups milk. Cook until mixture is thickened, but not pudding thickness. Pour onto Step 2. Let cool completely. Spread remaining half of Cool Whip on top. Serves 8.
