CINNAMON CANDY 
1 1/2 c. Karo syrup (white)
3 3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon oil
2 tsp. red food coloring

Sprinkle powdered sugar on 2 cookie sheets. Cook to hard crack, 300 degrees on candy thermometer. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon oil and 2 teaspoons red food coloring. Pour on cookie sheets sprinkled with powdered sugar. May substitute food coloring and oil such as lemon oil and yellow coloring, etc. Break up when cool.
