CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1/4 c. Splenda
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg white in mixing bowl. Stir in flour, soda, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfulls- to make 18 cookies onto cookie sheet.

Bake 8 minutes at 375°F. Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet.
