GRANOLA 
4 c. rolled oats (old fashioned)
1 1/2 c. shredded unsweetened coconut
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sesame seeds (optional)
1/2 c. bran (optional)
1 1/2 c. toasted soy beans
1 c. chopped almonds with skins
1 c. chopped cashews (no salt)
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. honey
1/3 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and spread on 2 large cookie sheets. Bake at 250 degrees approximately 40 minutes or more.
