GREEN JELLO 
3 pkgs. lime Jello
6 c. water (use pineapple juice as water, cut down to 5 1/2 c.)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pt. cottage cheese, sm. curd

Make Jello in large bowl, put in refrigerator 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Mix cottage cheese and pineapple, add to Jello. Fill mold (sprayed with Pam) to the top. Put back in refrigerator.
