BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbled

Cook broccoli according to package directions until tender; drain. Place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Make sauce with the butter, milk, flour, cheese, salt, and pepper.

Pour sauce over broccoli mix. Sprinkle with crumbs and bacon. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees until hot and browned on top. Serves 12.
