HOLIDAY RIBBON PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
1/3 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1/4 c. sugar
1 graham cracker pie crust
Ribbon filling

Filling can be crushed candy canes, crushed cookies, miniature marshmallows, or anything you like.

Stir chocolate with water over low heat until melted, cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, stir in chocolate, fold in 3 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spoon half the mixture into pie crust, sprinkle on filling, top with remaining mixture. Chill 3 hours.
