DEVILED HAM SANDWICHES | |
This recipe is best when made 1 or 2 days ahead for the salad to come together. 2 (4 oz. ea.) cans deviled ham (Underwood's) 2 tbsp. mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods) 1-2 drops yellow mustard 1 healthy spoonful sweet pickle relish Blend all these ingredients together very well. Cover and chill in refrigerator for a day or two. HOW TO MAKE A GOOD SANDWICH: Using a good grainy or whole wheat bread is the best bet for a good sandwich. Spread one side of each slice of bread with a bit of the mayonnaise. Place a healthy spoonful of your deviled ham mix, spread out evenly. Top off your sandwich with your other slice of bread. Enjoy!
