AITI'S "SEKAHEDELMAKEITO" 
1/2 lb. prunes
1 lb. apricots, pears & apple mixture
1 1/2 c. golden raisins
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
12 c. water
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 lemon, sliced thin
3 inch stick cinnamon
1/2 c. (or more) sugar
Whipped cream or sour cream

Mix the dried fruits, orange juice and water with the stick cinnamon. Simmer together for about 1/2 hour. Add the tapioca, sliced lemon and sugar. Let it simmer about 20 to 30 minutes, or until fruits are tender. Serve with dabs of whipped cream or sour cream. Serve warm or cold.
