1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 lg. red onion, sliced
1 lb. bacon, diced and crisp
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Layer the first four ingredients. Top with the last three in the order given. (In a heap in center of salad). Toss when ready to serve.
