PINK PARTY SALAD 
Juice from (#2) can crushed pineapple
24 lg. marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or raspberry Jello
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
Sm. carton Cool Whip (8 oz.)

Combine pineapple juice and marshmallows. Place over low heat. Add Jello. Stir until dissolved. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Add cottage cheese, pineapple, and pecans. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour in shallow dish or mold. Refrigerate.
