CAKE FLOUR FROSTING | |
2 tbsp. cake flour (level) 1/2 c. milk Stir over medium fire until it makes a paste; cool until thick. Cream in mixture: 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt When well mixed, add paste and beat until fluffy, like marshmallow. Fold in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Beat in mixer about 15 minutes. |
