GROUND CHERRY PRESERVE | |
4 cups ground cherries (also called husk tomatoes) 4 cups sugar grated rinds and juice of 2 lemons Cook all the ingredients until almost clear but still runny. Boil about 10 minutes. Crush or grind the mixture if desired. Preserves can be frozen or stored in refrigerator. |
