PAUL NEWMAN CAKE 
1 chocolate cake mix (German chocolate is best)
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 jar butterscotch/caramel ice cream topping
Cool Whip
Candy bars

Bake cake as directed in 9x13 inch pan.

While the cake is still hot, use a wooden spoon to make holes all over the cake. Pour a can of Eagle Brand condensed milk over the cake, filling up the holes. After the cake has cooled, pour 1 jar of ice cream topping over the cake. Butterscotch and caramel are recommended.

Spread Cool Whip over the top of the cake and sprinkle with crushed Zagnut, Heath bar, or other candy bars.
