BOSTON BROWN BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. rye flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. molasses
1 pt. sour milk

Mix the meal, flour and soda well together. Add molasses and sour milk. Mix well, divide in three portions. Place in greased molds and steam 1 1/2 hours.
