KATHY'S TIME SAVER CHICKEN 
1 lg. pkg. (10 lbs.) chicken breasts or thighs

Skin and debone as desired. Prepare meal size servings with your favorite spices or sauces. One of my favorites is to cover chicken with a jar of picante sauce (easy and low in calories). Freeze until ready to use. Defrost and serve with rice or noodles and a salad. This is a great time saver. NOTE: Rice bought in 25 pound bag is much cheaper and rice is easy to fix, especially in rice cooker.
