JUANITA'S GREEN BEAN SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
1 med. red onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 (2.2 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
2 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing

Bring 1 quart water to boil in medium saucepan. Add beans and cook until just tender, about 5 minutes. Drain well and allow to cool. Transfer to large bowl. Mix in onion, olives and bleu cheese. Stir in Italian dressing and toss thoroughly.
