OLIVE CHEESE BALLS 
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
Approximately 36 pimento stuffed olives, drained

Mix cheese and flour; mix in butter. Work dough with hands if it seems dry. Mold 1 teaspoon dough around each olive; shape into a ball. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Heat oven to 400 degrees and bake until set (15-20 minutes). Makes 3-4 dozen appetizers. Variation: Use 1 1/2 of the recipe and use 1 package of Smokies sausages instead of the olives.
