CARAMEL RICE KRISPIE BARS 
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
2 (20 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
8 c. Rice Krispies
1 pkg. caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Melt 1/2 cup butter and 1 1/2 package marshmallows. Add Rice Krispies. Press 1/2 of mixture in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 package of marshmallows on top. Melt 1 package caramels, 2 tablespoons butter and sweetened condensed milk together. Pour over mixture in pan. Layer remaining Rice Krispies mixture on top.

Refrigerate until set (at least 2 hours).
