CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1 (10 oz.) bag malted chocolate chips
1 3/4 c. whole cane sugar
1/8 c. canola oil
1/8 c. safflower oil
3/4 c. raw almonds, walnuts or sunflower seeds
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. spring water

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, chocolate chips and nuts; mix well. Add eggs, oils, vanilla and water; mix well. Spoon onto well oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until done. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
