BROCCOLI WITH RIGATONI 
8 whole cloves garlic
8 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
Cut up broccoli, including stems
2 c. chicken broth
Hot pepper flakes
Basil
1 lb. cooked rigatoni

Gently saute garlic in olive oil and butter. Add broccoli. After broccoli is hot and coated, add chicken broth, hot pepper flakes and basil. Cover and heat until desired. Add to rigatoni.
