POT PIE 
1 1/2 lb. beef or chicken
3 c. flour
3 eggs
2 med. potatoes, cut in halves

DOUGH:

Mix flour and eggs (add milk if needed). Work together until a ball is formed. Cut ball in thirds and roll out. Cut into 3 inch pieces.

In water, cook meat until soft (salt to taste). On medium heat, add potatoes. Add dough by layers, stir after each layer to avoid sticking together. Reduce heat to a slow boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes. (Onions may be added to suit taste). Serves 2 people.
