2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add white syrup and vanilla; beat until it stands in peaks. Great on chocolate cake.
