LEMON REFRIGERATOR PIE 
70 (2 tubes) Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 sm. can frozen lemonade, thawed
1 med. container Cool Whip

Mix first three ingredients. Press into 9"x13" pan. Mix milk and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in Cool whip. Spread on cracker crust. Keep chilled in refrigerator. May reserve 2/3 cup cracker mixture to sprinkle on top.
