4 oz. reduced calorie soft style cream cheese Non-calorie liquid sweetener to equal 1 tbsp. sugar 1 (8 oz.) carton plain non-fat yogurt 2 ripe sm. bananas 2 1/4 c. fresh whole strawberries, halved 2 sm. oranges, sections In small bowl cream cheese mix until smooth, add 1/2 of yogurt, beat with a wooden spoon until smooth, mix in rest of yogurt and liquid sweetener. Chill until ready to serve. Gently mix sliced bananas, strawberries, and orange sections. Divide fruit in to 8 dessert cups, spoon 2 tablespoons of sauce atop each fruit cup. Yield: 8 servings - 88 calories - 1 fat. |
