1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 lg. pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix first 5 ingredients above with mixer until smooth. Add cake mix. Blend well. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Good sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with Cool Whip or ice cream. Bake at 350 degrees, 45-55 minutes.
