HOT CODLINS 
1 apple
4 tsp. butter
Pinch of brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Wash and dry the apple, do not peel. Slice in 1/4 inch rounds. Remove core from slices. Heat butter in small frying pan add brown sugar and cinnamon, mix up, add apple slices fry until golden brown and until the flesh is softened. Turn, cook until golden. Serve warm.

Serves one or two.
