1 German chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. caramels
1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake as directed. Pour half of cake batter into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
