1 bag Oreo cookies (30), broken
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Put broken cookies in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Mix next 4 ingredients. Then fold in Cool Whip. Pour mixture over cookies. Sprinkle with nuts. Cover and freeze until ready to serve right from the freezer.
