BAVARIAN SPICE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus devils food cake mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. cold, prepared mashed potatoes (1-2 servings from instant mashed potatoes)
1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. water
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

GLAZE:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10 inch tube or 12 inch fluted pan. In large bowl, blend cake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, potatoes, butter, water, and eggs. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Stir in nuts. Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool upright in pan 25 minutes, then invert on serving plate. Cool completely. In small saucepan, blend chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon butter, and 2 teaspoons milk until chocolate melts, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar until smooth. Spread on cake and allow to run down sides.
