1 lb. Oreo cookies
1 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding

1ST LAYER: Crush Oreo cookies and mix with softened butter. Mix and press into 13"x9" pan.

2ND LAYER: Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 container Cool Whip by hand.

3RD LAYER: Mix pudding according to package directions.

4TH LAYER: Top with remaining container of Cool Whip and sprinkle some cookie crumbs and chill until ready to serve.
