CRACKLING BREAD 
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cracklings, diced
1 c. buttermilk

Sift together dry ingredients. Mix in cracklings. Add milk. Form into oblong small pones. Place in greased baking pan. Bake in hot oven, 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
