BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, cooked, crumbled & drained
6 eggs, beaten slightly
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, crusts cut off; then cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. Cheddar cheese, diced or cubed

Mix all ingredients together; place in refrigerator and soak overnight. Place in 9 x 9 inch pan. Next morning, cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees. This is good served with fresh fruit plate.
