CHEESEBURGER BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
10 slices white bread
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded process sharp American cheese (about 8 oz.)
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Heat oven to 325 degrees. In large skillet cook and stir ground beef until brown. Remove crusts from bread and cut slices into 1/2-inch cubes. Blend eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir in cheese, parsley, meat and bread cubes.

Pour into an ungreased baking dish 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until center is set. To serve, cut into squares. Yield: 8 servings.
