SUPER NACHOS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Garlic salt
1 (17 oz.) can refried beans
1 can green chopped chilies
4 cups or less of grated Cheddar cheese
1 small bottle green taco sauce
1 tub frozen avocado dip
1 cup sour cream
Chopped black olives

Brown beef in a little oil. Add sauteed onions, chili powder, garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste. Add beans and chilies, mix well. Place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, sprayed with Pam. Top meat with cheese and taco sauce. Refrigerate for a couple of days at this point if desired. Bake 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees. Let cool a little. Top with avocado dip, sour cream and olives. Serve with flour tortillas to roll, or nacho chips to dip. Especially popular with men!
