GREEN VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can French-cut green beans
1 can sm. peas
3 c. celery, cut sm.
1 sm. onion, cut sm.
1 green pepper, cut sm.
1 jar pimento, cut sm.

DRESSING INGREDIENTS:

2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. water

Combine the cut up vegetables in a bowl.

Combine dressing ingredients in a saucepan and heat to boiling.

Pour dressing over vegetables and refrigerate overnight.

This salad is a great accompaniment to any meal.
