1 sm. head lettuce
1 c. cauliflower
1 sm. can English peas
1/4 c. onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. bacon bits
1/2 c. mayo or salad dressing
1 pkg. dry Italian seasoning

Place above in layers and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving mix together.
