GOURMET FLOUNDER 
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 env. Stove Top seasonings
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 (6 1/4 oz.) box Stove Top stuffing mix
1 (8 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
1 1/2 lbs. white fish, washed & patted dry;

In 9"x12" casserole, place parsley, green pepper, butter and onion. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 2 to 3 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Add Stove Top seasonings and lemon juice; mix well. Add Stove Top stuffing and crab. Mix well and spread evenly in casserole. Place fish on top of stuffing. Cover. Microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes, until fish flakes easily. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with Wine Sauce. Serves 5 to 6.

WINE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. green onion
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 c. half and half
3/4 c. shredded Provolone cheese

In a 4-cup measure, place butter and onion. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 2 to 3 minutes, until onion is tender. Stir in flour and wine. Microwave, uncovered, on High 3 to 4 minutes until thickened. Slowly add cream and cheese, mixing well. Microwave, uncovered, on Medium (50% power) for 5 to 6 minutes until cheese is melted and sauce is hot. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
