SPINACH APPETIZERS | |
3 tbsp. butter 3 eggs 1 c. flour 1 c. milk 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thaw & squeeze liquid) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan; set aside. Beat together eggs, flour, milk, baking powder and salt. Add cheese and spinach. Spread over melted butter. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into small squares to serve. To freeze: Cool for 45 minutes. Cut into squares and freeze on a cookie sheet. When frozen put into bags. To serve, reheat frozen appetizers at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. |
