SAUSAGE BREAD | |
1 lb. hot Bob Evans sausage 1 lb. mild Bob Evans sausage 3 eggs, beaten (reserve 2 tbsp.) 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 c. grated Swiss cheese 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. parsley 2 pkg. crescent rolls Fry or microwave sausage. Crumble and DRAIN WELL! Mix together with remaining ingredients. Form each can of crescent rolls into 8x12 inch rectangle on a floured board by rolling. Put half of mixture on each. Roll carefully and seal seam with the reserved egg. Place on cookie sheet, seam side down. Brush with egg. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes, until nicely browned. Cool. Slice. May be wrapped in foil and frozen for later use. If frozen, reheat at 225 degrees for 25 minutes. |
